Kin and his wife Christina have built their life around family, community, and hard work. From supporting their children’s passions to building businesses and organizing community events, family has always been the motivation behind their efforts.
Everything Kin does is rooted in the belief that Guam should remain a place where families can grow, succeed, and feel proud to call home.
FISHING
Fishing is not just something Kin enjoys — it’s a way of life and part of how he provides for his family. Through years on the water, he has built a deep respect for the ocean and the lessons it teaches: patience, resilience, and responsibility.
The ocean has also connected Kin to people from every corner of Guam. Through fishing, he has organized derbies, brought the community together, and shared the island lifestyle with locals and visitors alike.
For Kin, fishing represents more than a profession. It reflects the spirit of Guam — hard work, perseverance, and a deep connection to the land and sea that sustain our island.
FUTURE
Captain Kin is running for office because he believes Guam’s future is worth fighting for. Too many families are struggling with rising costs, limited opportunities, and the feeling that the same problems keep repeating.
